1. Program Overview
Waitlister provides waitlist software to participating businesses. Guests may choose to receive transactional SMS updates about their waitlist status and readiness notifications.
No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
2. How End Users Opt In
End users opt in in person when joining a waitlist at a participating business. Staff ask if the guest would like SMS waitlist updates. If the guest agrees, the guest provides a mobile number verbally, and staff enter it into Waitlister.
At the point of collection, the guest is informed that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and they can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

"Would you like text updates about your waitlist status? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help."
Phone numbers are used only for these notifications and not for marketing unless separate consent is provided.
