1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Waitlister platform or joining a waitlist through our system, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Description of Service

Waitlister provides software that allows participating businesses to manage waitlists and send transactional SMS notifications to end users. Waitlister acts as a software service provider.

3. SMS Program Terms

By choosing to receive waitlist updates and providing a mobile phone number to staff at a participating business, an end user agrees to receive transactional SMS messages from Waitlister related to:

4. User Responsibilities

End users agree to provide accurate information, including a valid mobile phone number.

Clients agree to obtain appropriate consent before entering a user's phone number and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

5. Service Limitations

Waitlister is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carrier networks, mobile devices, internet connectivity, third party service interruptions, or other factors outside of our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials associated with Waitlister are the property of Waitlister, LLC and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or reverse engineered without permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
